Fantastic service, I booked Alex in a couple of weeks ago to service my boiler, he was quick, efficient and honest as well as incredibly friendly and courteous inside my house. We are having a new boiler fitted in the new year that I have already booked Alex in to fit - I would recommend to anyone in the Kent area

Alex came out next day after calling them, and was a huge help - fixed our boiler and went above and beyond - spoke through our options of boiler replacement v repair - really friendly guy - couldn’t recommend him enough.

Alex is a professional and honest plumber. He is approachable and will do his upmost to assist you promptly. He makes the whole situation so much more manageable and if he can't help he will find you alternative solutions. We wouldn't have anyone else!

It’s the second time I have used Alex to fit a boiler in my property. The first was a complete relocation of a new boiler in a flat and the second a replacement boiler in a house. After my first experience I wouldn’t have asked anyone else…Alex is really personable, has great knowledge and got the job done cleanly and on time. Highly recommend

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided. The gas engineer arrived on time, carried out a very detailed boiler service, and talked me through what he checked and how to keep the system running efficiently. I’ve been recommending Alex for a couple of years now based on him being a friendly, likeable, and knowledgeable chap. More recently, my boiler needed a service and had developed a fault. Within 20 minutes of calling him, he was at our home, diagnosing the issue. He quickly sourced the part and had the boiler fixed in no time. What started as a recommendation for someone who knows his stuff has now become a recommendation for someone who delivers outstanding customer service. His knowledge, reliability, and thorough work are second to none, and his pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone.

Alex was recommended to me by a local estate agent, and I am very pleased that they did. He is thoroughly professional, and a really likeable man. Due to his keen observation in the gas meter cupboard in the basement that there was a slight hissing sound coming from a corroded pipe (belonging to someone else's flat) what could have been a disaster was averted. It was 4 o'clock on a Friday afternoon. Alex went into emergency action: he gently explained to the elderly couple whose gas pipe was leaking that the matter was in hand; he then contacted the gas emergency services and a representative arrived within the hour to replace the old pipework. I commend APL Gas and Heating Services to you!

We had a problem with some of our radiators heating up more than others. We have tried to fix this issue several times and it has never been able to be fixed by other plumbers. Alex came and rebalanced the system. It now works perfectly the house was so warm in the winter and all the radiators heat up equally. Alex was so professional and all his work is very tidy and we couldn’t be happier!
